Disability Support Worker - Brisbane

WE'RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS

*Intense Support Care* is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team across:

📍 Brisbane
📍 Caboolture
### Essential Requirements:

✅ English as a first language with excellent communication skills
✅ Experience supporting participants with mental health conditions and complex behaviours
✅ Certificate IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Current Blue Card (QLD)
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
✅ Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

### Highly Desirable: 

⭐ Certificate IV in Mental Health
⭐ Experience working with psychosocial disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours
⭐ Knowledge of Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
