Position: Disability Support Worker

Location: QLD
Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time
Immediate Start Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance
• Support community access and social participation
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities
• Promote independence and skill development
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Deliver person-centred supports in accordance with NDIS standards

Essential Requirements

✔ Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
✔ Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
✔ Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent
✔ Current Australian Driver's Licence
✔ Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (preferred)
✔ Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
